Inkorus views
"Quality as a Foundation" and hence it pervades
throughout the Technology Development Cycle
(TDC) in contrast to "Quality as an Afterthought"
which is put in place at the time of testing.
Due to this emphasis on Quality Inkorus spends
a considerable time and effort in analyzing
and understanding the client requirements
before embarking on the design & development
phases.
Inkorus involves experts in TQM, ISO and other
quality systems from the beginning of the
Technology Development Cycle and they monitor
the progress and quality of the project throughout
the TDC. Besides technology development personnel,
the Inkorus team includes certified ISO auditors.
Inkorus ensures Quality at each stage through
documented agreement sign-off between the
Customer and Inkorus at each stage of the
TDC. The next phase is started only after
the Customer signs-off on the satisfactory
completion of the previous phase and the detailed
plan for the next phase. |
