| This phase is the most
important phase of the entire TDC. Any mistakes
or miscommunications in this phase are extrapolated
as errors and mistakes throughout the later
phases. Further, a small error in this phase
will multiply itself and expand into a major
problem in later phases. To prevent this typical
scenario, sufficient time and resources in
terms of experienced personnel is placed on
this phase. |
