Benefits of iGlobeRevolve™ :
One of the most important features of iGlobeRevolve™ is that it is designed with
one of the most challenging requirements that customers
have, i.e. the changing requirements of their project.
Typically, the Client might not know precisely what
requirements he has (even though the general outline
of the requirements is known to them when they begin
the project.) As the project proceeds, time is not
standing still and the dynamic business & regulatory
environment might dictate important changes to the
requirements. Most Offshore service providers would
not accommodate changes once the requirements are
frozen-and they cannot be blamed. The development
processes that they use are such that it is simply
not feasible! However, iGlobeRevolve™ is designed to accommodate
changes at practically any stage. Of course, some
rework will need to be done and inkorus might have
to charge for it but the important point is that
the change can be accommodated. The 4 stage delivery
process ensures that client feedback is captured
at at least 4 stages and hence the client has a
chance to refine the requirements definition further
during this time. |
