After
a detailed training, the project team
is fully aware the capabilities, deliverables
of BPA. The Project team should decide
the implementation strategies in terms
of the features and functionalities
to be implemented in a phase manner.
Time bound program to be devised for
implement each phase. Functional team
has a responsibility of mapping the
existing Business processes in to a
BPA solution. Technical team takes care
about its physical implementation in
terms of Administration,, customization,
Hardware, Software, Connectivity, Backups,
support etc.
At this stage all the functional &
technical requirements are completed
in all respects and is ready for a launch.
The complete system needs to be tested
with the current system still in place
for a period of few weeks. |
