The project team
will consist of the Champion, Project
Director, a team of functional experts
(can be one for small and 2-3 for large
enterprises), a team of technical experts,
the BPA Consultant. (For smaller organizations,
the same people could be playing more
than one role.) The project objectives
need to be defined. A budget needs to
be arrived at and gotten approved by
the top management. A time scale needs
to be fixed to achieve the project objectives.
The resources required for the project
need to be assembled by the Project
Director with help from the rest of
the team.
A phase-wise plan needs to be drawn
up with clear action plans, budget allocation,
time scale and the deliverables from
each phase. |
